On May 25, 2024, the Technical Committee on Culture hosted “Connecting Arts 2,” a follow-up networking event held in the buffer zone. Building on the success of the first “Connecting Arts” event in June 2023, this gathering brought together approximately 60 Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot artists, along with art writers, critics, curators, and other cultural professionals, to further strengthen and expand the connections established previously.

On September 23, the Technical Committee on Culture, in collaboration with the runners’ group RUNITE, successfully hosted the “International Peace Day Run.”

On June 30, 2023, the Technical Committee on Culture hosted “Connecting Arts: A Networking Event for the Arts on the Island of Cyprus” in the buffer zone. This event aimed to foster dialogue and collaboration among artists and key figures in the arts community, including writers, critics, historians, curators, and cultural managers.

On March 4, 2023, the Technical Committee on Culture organized the "Video and Drawing Competition" at Chateau Status Restaurant. This initiative aimed to engage children and youth with the island’s cultural heritage by inviting Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot participants to create artwork and videos inspired by 22 selected cultural heritage sites across the island.

From July to September 2020, the Technical Committee on Culture organized the "Poetry in Times of Coronavirus" competition, an initiative aimed at capturing the emotional impact of COVID-19 through poetry. The project resulted in a short video featuring 10 self-recorded poems, five from Greek Cypriot poets and five from Turkish Cypriot poets, providing a platform for personal reflections on the pandemic.

On February 3–4, 2020, the Technical Committee on Culture hosted the “In Culture We Trust” Art Exhibition at the Ledra Palace Hotel. Funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP in coordination with OSASG-Cyprus, the event showcased a collection of paintings by Greek Cypriot artists, alongside audio-visual material from the CyBC archives related to Turkish Cypriots. These cultural artifacts were exchanged as part of confidence-building measures mutually agreed upon by the two sides.

On October 22, 2018, the Cyprus Chamber Orchestra (CCO), under the auspices of the Technical Committee on Culture, delivered a captivating performance at Pallas Theatre.

On October 24, 2016, the Writers’ Associations from both the Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot sides under the auspices of the Technical Committee on Culture, organized an evening of poetry and music at Casteliotissa.

On September 28, 2016, the Cyprus Theatre Organisation (THOC), in collaboration with the Famagusta Walled City Association (MASDER), presented a co-production of the National Theatre, the State Theatre of Northern Greece, and THOC, featuring Sophocles' tragedy Antigone at the Ancient Theater of Salamis in Famagusta.

On May 6, 2016, the Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra, in partnership with young Turkish Cypriot musicians, performed Antonio Vivaldi’s Four Seasons at the Pallas Theatre in Nicosia, under the auspices of the Technical Committee on Culture.

On September 11, 2015, the Cyprus Theatre Organization (THOK), in collaboration with the Association of the City Within the Walls of Famagusta (MASDER), staged Euripides' tragedy Hippolytus at the Ancient Theater of Salamis in Famagusta, under the auspices of the Technical Committee on Culture.

On July 28, 2015, the Technical Committee on Culture organized its inaugural event, “Our Music Under the Moonlight,” featuring a concert by a music group composed of Turkish Cypriots and Greek Cypriots called “Kyprogenia” at the historic Othello Tower in Famagusta. This concert aimed to promote cultural events that bring the Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots closer together.
